Created for bringing awareness of inhumane treatment of cats, dogs and generally all pets. This information is spread through the use of CW, as a way of promoting CW and the cause. Many ops worldwide have a dog or cat as a pet and will relate to our purpose. Council members can apply for being an SES station to email: yl3jd@inbox.lv
